Our Story
Overton Ernest Alexander was an American Farmer. Since 1877 Overton was practically born into the farming industry, with cotton being one of the major crops he would become skilled in. Later, as an adult, he would move from his birthplace in Arkansas to Haskell, Oklahoma, where he acquired one hundred and thirty plus acres of land and started his own cotton business. Overton along with his 9 sons, managed live stock, planted and harvested cotton and other crops on the Alexander farm until his death at the ripe age of one hundred years old. His business and legacy is carried on by his family until this day.
